Stranger Than Fiction

Just watched this, it pretty much flopped in the cinema but SO worth seeing.

The soundtrack is brilliant and features Spoon, Maximo Park and The Jam.

Gawd bless Will Ferrel.

Beyond the rave... Click to download Ulysses remix

It's been around for a short while now but the Beyond The Wizards Sleeve remix of Franz Ferdinand's 'Ulysses' is a truly awesome piece of work.

Nothing says sweaty e-fuelled basement like this. Heads down and hands up.

It's got more than a touch of the Chemical Brothers about it too.

LOVE it.

Shock Horror! Horrors show promise...

The Horrors new record 'Sea Within A Sea' is proper good.

8 minutes long and produced by Portishead's Geoff Barrow last summer.

Be gone silly hair and NME fad tag... this is a band to watch.

Enore une fois - Tron remake with Daft Punk

Daft Punk have been invited to produce the score for the Disney remake of Tron.

And they've accepted.

It's an electronic music fan's wet dream, non?

CM cannot wait for this one.

Get Daft!

Everyone deserves a little robot love in their life.

Try this Daft Punk vocoder vocal generator.

http://www.najle.com/idaft/

While away hours in your own little desktop studio.

Harder Faster Stronger!

Going back to my roots... Audiowood turntables.

Check this deck out. It's the work of Bay Area resident Joe Scilley.

This will look perfect in the middle of my limestone floor in my Frank Lloyd Wright eco house in the Napa valley.

There's a whole series of designs, with names like Thor, Barky and Big Red.

Duuuude.

Personally I'm all about the original material.

Took me right back to sixth form college, not that I'm showing my age or 'owt.

Chooooon!

Golden Silvers - click to download

LOVING this new lot from the XL camp...

True Romance (No. 9 Blues) is a cheeky chappie kind of electro. Friends of Mystery Jets, Micachu etc...

As Pa would say 'rather fun'.
